Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon, 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: Forgot - Probably a good thing with the doughnut
Lunch: Jimmy John's Ham, Lettuce, Tomato, Sprouts, Mayo
Snack: none
Dinner: Pizza King - Sausage, Pepperoni, Mushroom
Snack: (Optional) nope

Bad Girl: 1 Chocolate Iced Glazed Krispy Kreme (I've started out early today), 3 Hershey's Kisses

Water: 2.5, 1 coke

Exercise: nope

Comments: Dinner is not going to be good tonight. We are finishing up our Christmas shopping, so that means eating out!
