Breakfast: Sliced Ham, 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: Cottage Cheese & Apple
Lunch: Chicken Breast & Corn
Snack: Hamburber Patt & Popcorn
Dinner: 6 inch Wheat Chicken Breast w/ Lettuce, Tomato, Blk Olives, Jalapenos, Onion, Green Pepper, Little Mayo
Snack: (Optional) None
Bad Girl: I did it again... 1 Hershey's Kiss. Darn it! I started to eat a Fire Cinnamon Jolly Rancher. I got it in my mouth and decided I better check to see the nutrition. Needless to say, I spit it back out in the trash.
Water: 5

Trying to figure out a good date to set for my goal. 6 weeks? That would be the next GWO. Hmmm.... Yeah, that's a good idea!
Had a bad time with the shakes last night. For some reason they taste fine to me, but they make me nausious when I drink them. Gotta figure that one out. Maybe I'll start doing the bars on occassion. I suppose they would help my urge for chocolate, too. OK. I've been a bad girl today. I think I will definitely start eating a detour bar as my afternoon snack. We'll see if that helps!
As you can see I had Subway for dinner. I started getting a headache again in the afternoon and by the time I got home I was nauseous, so I said heck with it and Eric got Subway. I suppose it could have been a worse dinner. And I didn't have an evening snack, but I was in bed, so that's why. I think these headaches are from caffeine since I had started drinking it a little more again. I'm just hoping these are about done.
