Day 3

Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon & 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: Cottage Cheese & Apple
Lunch: Hamburger Patty & Corn
Snack: Sliced Ham & 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Dinner: Good. Salmon Fillet, Steamed Veggies, Salad w/ FF French, 2 Pieces of the small loaf of bread you get at Outback.... Bad. A few pieces of bloomin' onion!
Snack: (Optional) None

Bad Girl: Yay! I didn't have a kiss this afternoon!

Water: 6 I hit my goal on water today!

Exercise: I was a little sore in the legs, butt and tummy today, so I decided I didn't want to over do it. We did however go up and down EVERY isle at the grocery store! ha ha

I'm hoping for no headaches today!

I decide to change my weight goal a little bit. 14 lbs in 6 weeks seemed a little extreme after I really thought about it. I'm shooting for 9 lbs in 6 weeks now. And even if I don't totally hit the 9 lb mark, but loose some inches I will feel good.

Overall today wasn't too bad except for the bloomin' onion. I'm still pretty happy with the fact that I'm doing so well. The longer you are on it the easier it is.

Dinner was a little larger than usual, but besides the onion I didn't do too bad...
