Day 4
Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon & 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: Cottage Cheese & Orange
Lunch: Chicken in a Flour Tortilla, Refried Beans, Few bites of Eric's rice, a little more than a few chips and FF Salsa
Snack: Sliced Ham & 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Dinner: Darn Get-Togethers... Had to go out to eat with some people that came in for a Jack Daniel's Promotion. Ended up going to this upper scale Italian Place. I got a mushroom wood fired pizza (no protein), then decided to eat a small portion of Tiramisu

Might have a small dilemma today and potentially every Thursday b/ I have lunch with Eric. We usually do Mexican. I'm trying to talk him into going somewhere a letter "better" or that I can follow my diet at. We just love Mexican... I guess I'll have to figure out what to eat there...
Lunch wasn't HORRIBLE, but not the greatest either. Those chips really do me in! I cannot go there next Thursday. I suppose eating out in general isn't the best for you. Some places you just can't follow the diet. I'm proud of myself for following it most of the time. Sometimes you just can't help it around the holidays.
