Lunch: Chicken Breast, Corn, Green Beans
Snack: Beef Jerky (No Carbs!)
Dinner: 6 inch Chicken Breast on Wheat, Lettuce, Tomato, Blk. Olives, Green Peppers, Onion, Jalapenos, Little Mayo

Comments: Had a doc appointment, so I suppose that isn't too bad. Tried to get a healthy dinner.
