Week 1 - Day 1
Breakfast: 1 Egg, 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: Cottage Cheese & Few Pieces of Orange
Lunch: Chicken, Brown Rice, Fresh Cold Veggies (Peppers & Carrots)
Snack: Shake
Dinner: Chicken Fajitas w/ Lettuce, little cheese & salsa
Snack: (Optional) beef jerky & banana
Water: 5
Exercise: 35 min. Lower Body - Awesome burn! I love it!
Comments: So starts the diet! I have my meals pretty much planned out for the week. Thursday lunches might be difficult b/c I have lunch w/ Eric, but I will stick to it. Saturday might be a little difficult, too, b/c we have Eric's company holiday party, but again I will stick to it!
I'm going to start out with 6 week goals, but plan on completing the 12 weeks. I can do this. I will do this. I have the motivation!
Messed up my first snack b/c the orange was bad! Ugh.
Copied Jen and removed the bad girl section. We are going to be good girls! Yay!
