Breakfast: 1 Egg, 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: Cottage Cheese & Kiwi
Lunch: Chicken & Rice, Salad w/ FF Catalina
Snack: EAS Shake
Dinner: Grilled Ham & Cheese & Spinach
Snack: (Optional) none today
Water: 6
Exercise: Upper Body - Didn't push myself as much as I could have. Gotta increase a few things for next time.
Comments: Lower is still pretty sore this morning. Thankfully I'm doing upper tonight.
