Dinner: Chicken marinated in FF Italian Dressing and WAY too much Rosemary, Baked Potato & Cauliflower
Snack: (Optional) Beef Jerky & Banana

Exercise: Pushed myself to do the whole 20 minutes on the stepper, Abs - part of Ab Boot Camp

Missed a snack today, but not on purpose. Have you ever heard of a Detour Bar molding? Well, mine did! Yuck!
