Week 1 - Day 5
Breakfast: 1 Egg, 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: Cottage Cheese & Kiwi
Lunch: Chicken, Rice, Salad w/ FF Catalina
Snack: Shake
Dinner: Popcorn Chicken Salad w/ FF Ranch
Snack: (Optional) none
Water: 5
Exercise: Lower Body - Good workout. Still a little sore, but I again, pushed myself to complete all the reps and the required weight.
Comments:
I must confess. I weighed myself this morning and weighed 138.5. Not sure exactly what that means, but I feel pretty good about it. That is 5 pounds less than what I weighed Sunday. I decided it was better to weigh before my free day, but I'm sure I'll weigh after, too.
