Dinner: 2 Thin slices of Prime Rib, 1/4 Chicken Breast stuffed w/ Dressing, Sml. Portion Mashed Potatoes, Strawberries, 4 Bites of Chocolate Cake
Snack: none
Water: at least 7
Exercise: none
Comments: Tried to be fairly good today. Felt sorta guilting, but overall it wasn't too bad except for the Grande Mocha.
