Breakfast: 1 Egg, 1 Pc. Wheat Toast
Snack: 4 Wheat Crackers w/ 3 Pieces of Ham cut in 1/4
Lunch: Steak, Cauliflower, Spinach
Snack: Protein Shake & Kiwi
Dinner: Chicken Fajita on Wheat Tortilla w/ Lettuce & Salsa
Snack: 2 Pcs. String Cheese & Banana
Water: 5
Exercise:
Abs & Lower Body - Good workout. I felt some burning, which is always good.
Comments:
Feeling much better today. I guess I just had a bad day yesterday or something. Found a new healthy protein! LF String Cheese 8 g Protein, -2 Carbs. Special thanks to Danialle! Eat 2 plus a carb and there's your snack!
