Week 2 - Day 11
Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon, 1 Pc. Wheat Toast
Snack: 4 Wheat Crackers, 3 Slices Ham, 1 Piece FF Cheese
Lunch: Turkey on 2 Pieces Wheat Bread, Spinach, Salad w/ FF Ranch
Snack: String Cheese & Kiwi
Dinner: Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Salad w/ FF Catalina
Snack: String Cheese & Banana
Water: 6
Exercise: Cardio & Upper. Probably won't get time tomorro to do upper, so want to get it in tonight. Depending on time, I might just skip cardio since I still have to pack for the weekend, too. I'm going to try not to though!
Only did upper body. I got a really good workout though. Would rather miss a cardio than a weight lifting workout!
Comments: Feel good today, except I'm starting to write stuff down to take to GWO for Saturday. i.e. Hot chocolate, buttery popcorn, cool ranch doritos, cookies.
Almost forgot. I checked my weight this morning and was at 138.5. This weekend will probably put me right back up to where I was, but hey! It will be worth it.
Thought of another dilemma I'm going to have with dieting. We are going to Florida February 5-8. That might put a damper on dieting that few days.
It's Official! My free days are Saturdays now instead of Sundays!
