Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon, 1 Pc. Wheat Toast
Snack: String Cheese & Kiwi
Lunch: Chicken, Mashed Potatoes
Snack: String Cheese & 5 Wheat Crackers
Dinner: Ham on 2 Slices Wheat Bread
Snack: String Cheese, Popcorn
Water: 5
Exercise:
Try to do Abs before I got to bed tonight or this afternoon if I get time.
Stayed up too late and did not get abs done.
Comments:
Will be leaving today at 2:00 to head to Columbus for GWO. Ready for a yummy free day, too. Breakfast, lunch, fondue, smores, etc!
