Week 2 - Day 8
Breakfast: 1 Egg, 1 Pc. Wheat Toast
Snack: Cottage Cheese & Kiwi
Lunch: Steak, Red Potatoes, Green Beans
Snack: Shake & Banana
Dinner: Veggie Refried Bean on Wheat Tortilla w/ Little FF Cheese
Snack: none
Water: 5
Exercise: Upper Body - Feel a little better about my upper workout this week. I upped my weights a little and I still have to up them again on one of the exercises. Little sore this morning, so I guess that tells me something was right.
Comments: Overall, I feel pretty good about last week. My weight and stats look pretty good though mostly from water, but I'll take the loss any way!
