Week 2 - Day 9
Breakfast: 3 Pcs. Turkey Bacon, 1 Pc. Wheat Toast
Snack: none - too busy at work
Lunch: Chicken, Rice, Salad w/ FF Catalina
Snack: Part of my Cottage Cheese & Kiwi
Dinner: Popcorn Chicken Salad w/ FF Ranch

Exercise:
Plan on doing Cardio and Abs tonight. Only did 10 minutes of cardio. I was feeling blah and on the verge of a headache. Didn't do abs, but plan on doing them tomorrow

Missed my morning snack b/c I got super busy and didn't realize it until it was too close to lunch time. I am hungry though. My snacks just aren't going well today at all. My cottage cheese this afternoon made me gag, so I guess my tummy has said enough of it. I decided to get some LF or FF Sting Cheese to eat as protein, more beef jerky, I can do little turkey or ham on a few crackers. Gotta come up with some new snacks tonight. I'm trying to stay away from the bars and shakes now in case I get pregnant b/c I won't eat/drink them in that case.
