Breakfast: 1 Egg w/ FF Cheese on 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: String Cheese & Kiwi
Lunch: Chicken Chow Mein
Snack: String Cheese & Strawberries
Dinner: Fish & Baked Potato
Snack: 3 Pieces Turkey on 1 Piece Wheat Bread, Little Light Mayo
Water: 6
Exercise:
Lower Body & Cardio - Good workout on Lower Body. Will probably increase weight after this week. Only did 15 minutes of cardio, but worked up a pretty good sweat.
Comments:
Doing stats today, too.
Gordon's Garlic Butter Fish are not very tasty. I choked it down, but yuck. Threw that leftover away.
