Breakfast: 1 Egg w/ 1/2 Piece FF Cheese on 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: String Cheese & 5 Wheat Crackers
Lunch: 2 Slices Turkey & Mashed Potatoes
Snack:
Dinner: Chicken Tenders, Corn, Green Beans
Snack: String Cheese & Slice Cinnamon Raisin Toast
Water: 5
Exercise:
Lower Body - Good burn on the lower body. Will probably increase the weights again next week.
Comments:
Can I just say that I feel good today after my excellent upper body workout and massive ab workout this weekend.
Missed my afternoon snack b/c I was sitting at the doc's office. Decided to have an early supper and then a snack later.
The Cinnamon Raisin Toast wasn't really that bad for me. 14g Carbs, 3 g Protein. I was just craving something a little more sweet.
