Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon on 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: String Cheese & Grapes
Lunch: Teriyaki Chicken Chow Mein
Snack:
Dinner: Chicken, Baked Potato w/ FF butter, cauliflower
Snack: Bad - Monkey Bread (a.k.a. biscuits cut into pieces, rolled in butter then sugar and cinnamon, & baked)
Water: 4
Exercise:
Cardio - 20 minutes on stepper
Comments:
Have to go to the Dentist today, so I know I will miss my afternoon snack again, but should be able to get my evening snack in w/out any problems.
Couldn't resist the monkey bread. Went to Dad & Peg's and she had it made for us...
