Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon on 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack: String Cheese & 5 Wheat Crackers
Lunch: Teriyaki Chicken Chow Mein
Snack: Protein Shake & Kiwi
Dinner: Subway - 6" Chicken Breast on Wheat w/ Lettuce, Tomato, Black Olives, Jalapenos, Mayo
Snack: 1 Chocolate Chip M&M Cookie
Water: 5
Exercise:
Upper & Abs - Thankfully I got my upper body in! I can really tell that I upped my weights. I had an awesome burn and will probably be sore tomorrow. Trying to get abs in tonight, but still have a few things to do before going to bed.
Struggled with my abs. Not sure why but my back is sore. Only noticed it doing abs. Could be b/c of in the increase in weight. Hmmm...

My goal for this trip to Florida is to try to eat as healthy as possible. I know I will be getting some cardio in so at least that is a good thing.
