Week 6 - Day 37
Breakfast: 4 Pieces Bacon, 1 Piece Wheat Toast
Snack: String Cheese & 5 Wheat crackers
Lunch: Bison Burger w/ 1/2 of bun, salad w/ Ranch (No FF)
Snack: String Cheese & 5 Wheat Crackers
Dinner: Chicken Chimichanga
Snack:
Water: 4 + 1 Root Beer
Exercise:
Upper & Cardio - Was very exhausted when I got home from work. Gotta get back in my routine. I sat on the couch all evening and didn't hardly moved. Eric put 2 chimichangas in the oven and that was our dinner.
Comments:
Back on track now! Surprisingly I jumped on the scale this morning and my weight was 137. I can't believe I didn't gain anything or maybe even lost a little while on vacation. I guess I didn't eat HORRIBLE, but I didn't eat BFL either... Hmmm... Something was right.
