Breakfast: 4 Pieces Bacon, 1 Piece Wheat Toast
Snack:
Lunch: Chicken & Rice Casserole & Green Beans
Snack: String Cheese & 5 Wheat crackers
Dinner: Chicken & Rice Burrito (I didn't eat much of the tortilla), Chips w/ salsa & fire bean dip
Snack:
Water: 5

Lower - Nope. I can't get back into the habit.
Comments:
Got really busy this morning and missed my morning snack. Although my belly didn't even warn me about it.
In a really sour mood today and Eric called and said we were going to Don Pablo's for dinner, so I can already say I'm eating some chips and salsa.
I have 6 papa john's pizzas sitting on my desk right now for our lunch at noon. I'm eating my lunch right now and it isn't tasting very good, but I'm refraining! (So far!)
