Breakfast: 4 Pieces Bacon, 1 Piece Wheat Toast
Snack: String Cheese & 5 Wheat Crackers
Lunch: Grilled Chicen Sandwich on White Bun w/ Lettuce & Tomato
Snack: Protein Shake & 5 Wheat Crackers
Dinner: 6" Meatball on Wheat w/ Blk Olives, Jalapenos, Mayo, Cheese
Snack: 1 Bag (2 Servings) Popcorn
Water: 5
Exercise:
Lower - I'm pushing myself to do it tonight before survivor and hopefully doing cardio during survivor
I ended up doing 15 minutes on Stepper. Eric got a movie "Lost in Translation", so I didn't want to NOT watch it with him...
