Week 6 - Day 40
Breakfast: 1 Egg, 1/2 Slice FF Cheese on 1 Piece Wheat Toast
Snack: String Cheese & 4 Wheat Crackers
Lunch: Chicken Rice Casserole
Snack: Protein Shake & Kiwi
Dinner: Sirloin Steak, Onions, Mushrooms w/ A-1, Fried Potato Wedges, Nachos and Cheese for appetizer

Exercise:
Probably won't be doing anything except horizontal hop b/c we are heading down to my mom's to set up her computer, desk and take her out to eat.
Comments:
I'm going to make next week much better. I've been beat this week trying to re-coop from vacation. I haven't had any motivation this week. We'll hope its also b/c of ovulating! wink!
