Week 7 - Day 49

Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon w/ Light Mayo on 1 Piece Wheat Bread
Snack:
Lunch: Grilled Ham & FF Cheese
Snack: Beef Jerky & Popcorn
Dinner: Bean Burrito w/ Light Sour Cream & FF Cheese, Side of Refried Beans for extra protein
Snack: String Cheese & Banana

Water: 5

Exercise:

Lower - Good workout. My legs were still shaking when I was showering and trying to shave them. That's gotta stand for something.

Cardio - Forgot I did an extra cardio last Sunday, so opting out of it today. Still doing lower later this evening though
