WK 1, Day 3
Breakfast: 1 Piece of Sausage on Biscuit
Snack: Cottage Cheese & Pears
Lunch: Few Pieces of Chicken & Baked Beans
Snack: Protein Shake & Both Servings of Popcorn
Dinner: 6" Meatball on White w/ Cheese, Mayo, Black Olives
Snack: 2 Choclate Chip Cookies
Water: 3.5
Exercise:
Planned - 20 Minutes on Stepper or Walk on Trail
Cramps started in again late afternoon so I relaxed on the couch
Comments:
Decided that this is not the week to start full throttle although I'm not doing too bad and will continue. Give me a few days and I'll be back.
Really struggling with reheated chicken. Almost puked after a few bites at lunch today. It's not so bad when I fix it in the evenings, but it is bad reheated. I'm going to cook some red meat tonight so that's better. I think.
