Breakfast: 4 Pieces Turkey Bacon, 1 Piece Cinnamon Raisen Bread
Snack: String Cheese & 5 Wheat Crackers
Lunch: 6" Chicken Breat on Wheat w/ Lettuce, Tomato, Blk. Olives, Cheese, Mayo, Jalapenos
Snack: missed it
Dinner: Bean Burrito, Rice, Little Sour Cream, Chips & Salsa
Snack:

Water: 3 Waters, 1 Glass Milk

Exercise:

20 Minute Walk on Trail

Comments:

Did not drink enough water yesterday, so that is my goal for today. At least 4 waters.

Didn't get the last bottle of water in... Maybe tomorrow
