Breakfast: 1 Strawberry Nutri-Grain Bar
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Lunchable - Turkey, Cheddar Cheese & Wheat Crackers
Snack: Watermelon
Dinner: DP's - Chicken & Rice Burrito w/ Little Sour Cream, Few Chips & Salsa, Fire Beans & Tortilla Shells
Snack: 1 Cup Mint Chip Ice Cream
Water: 5.5 Waters
Exercise:
Planned: Walk - 10 min, Leg Exercises
Actual: Leg Exercises - 50 R. Leg Lifts, 50 Squats, Major Leg Stretching

My weekend wasn't so good on the eating. I tried to eat good on some things and other things I bombed horribly.
New dinner was going to be bad when we decided to go to Don Pablo's. I just love their fire bean dip. Had a bad day though, so overall I didn't do too bad. Although I threw in some ice cream I watched the amount I ate, so that is definitely improvement.
My Goal: Weigh 138 by July 4 (1 Down, 4 to go)
6/7 - 143 lbs.
6/14 - 142 lbs.
