Food:
Breakfast: 1/2 Plain Bagel w/ L Cream Cheese
Snack: Watermelon
Lunch: Lunchable - Turkey, Wheat Crackers, Cheddar Cheese
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Subway - 6" Chicken Breast on Wheat w/ Lettuce, Tomato, Blk. Olives, Jalapenos, and little mayo
Snack: Dari-licious - 3/4 Chocolate Chip Shake
Water: 3.5 Waters, .5 Rootbeer

Planned: 100 Crunches

Comments:
We are going to a softball game in C'ville, so I won't be doing much exercising. Should be a good day of eating though as long as I don't ask for extra mayo tonight at Subway! ha ha
My Goal: Weigh 138 by July 4 (1 Down, 4 to go)
6/7 - 143 lbs.
6/14 - 142 lbs.
