Week 2, Day 6

Food:
Breakfast: Bowl of Lucky Charms w/ 2% Milk
Snack:
Lunch: 6" Chicken Breast on Wheat w/ Lettuce, Tomato, Blk. Olives, Jalapenos, Mayo
Snack:
Dinner: 2 Pieces Pecan Crusted Catfish, Beef Tips, Corn on the Cob, Chocolate Frozen Custard
Snack:

Water: 3 Waters

Exercise:

Planned: none
Actual: 10 min on Stepper, Walking around Taste

Comments:

Went to Taste of Tippecanoe. Didn't eat completely horrible.

My Goal: Weigh 138 by July 4 (1 Down, 4 to go)
6/7 - 143 lbs.
6/14 - 142 lbs.
