Dinner: 6" Steak & Cheese on Wheat, Lettuce, Tomato, Black Olives, Onion, Green Peppers, Jalapenos, Mayo
Snack: 1/2 Bag Popcorn (1 serving)

Forgot to weigh myself again this morning. Darn!
This week is shot b/c we aren't eating at home M,T,W and then we are off to Cancun, which obviously will be filled with eating and drinking!
My Goal: Weigh 138 by July 4 (1 Down, 4 to go)
6/7 - 143 lbs.
6/14 - 142 lbs.
6/21 - 142 lbs.
