Dinner: 2 Buffalo Chicken Strips & Baked Potato w/ Butter & Light Sour Cream
Snack: 1 Cup Hot Chocolate

I have really been feeling larger lately and although I know I'm not huge I also know that I could be in better shape. I've really been neglecting my body for some time and need to get back in tune with it. I have seriously been using food as my crutch for everything and know if I put my mind to it that I can get back in shape. Now, to get my mind into it! We've moved the eliptical machine into our room and it is very easy to get to, so that shouldn't be a problem.
