Comments:
The weekend wasn't too bad in the eating section. Saturday we played putt-putt and did a couple rounds in the batting cage and Sunday we went on a 10 min. walk, so we got a little exercise in.
Eric & I had a chat yesterday and we are really going to start eating better and exercising more. I sure hope we can stick to it, too.
