Snack: 2 Scoops Mint Chip Ice Cream

Comments:
Not too bad a day so far. I have 2 more cookies sitting at my desk waiting for snack time. It's either that or more trail mix. Decision, decisions.
OK, so those weren't "LO-CARB" choc. chip cookies... O'well, I didn't eat that many!
