Exercise:
Planned: Upper Body & 30 Minutes Cardio
Actual: Upper Body & 20 Minutes on the Treadmill & Shovel Snow

Well, overall not too bad of a week. I probably would have weighed in at 148 had I not ate lots of carbs and chocolate yesterday, but it happens I guess. I'm still losing and feeling better so that's what really counts.
Didn't do as long on cardio b/c I decided to shovel the driveway when I got home. That was cardio in itself!
This week hasn't been too bad really. We've went to the gym and ate pretty good. Hadn't planned on having a free day yesterday, but it ended up that way. I just chalked it up to PMS and girl time and it didn't get me down. Today starts the first day of competition between the girls of GWO. Hopefully I will stick to the good food this week and my weigh in next week will be better. I can do it if I keep my mind to it.
