Breakfast: Low Carb Bagel Snack Bar
Snack: 5 Saltines
Lunch: Sloppy Joe on Wheat Bun, Salad w/ FF Ranch
Snack: Banana & 2 Rasberry Sour Straws
Dinner: 2 Buffalo Chicken Strips, Mashed Potatoes w/ 1 Slice Cheese
Snack:
Water: 4.5 Waters & 1 Milk + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Upper Body & 20 Minutes Cardio

Comments:
Brought a banana today instead of chocolate pudding. Hope that suffices. Really pushed myself last night to get all 4 bottles of water down before bed. Drank 1 bottle in about 30 minutes, so I had the bloated wave feeling in my stomach. I woke up in the middle of the night and had to pee like a race horse, too. :)
Did not get cardio in b/c we would have had to wait forever to get a machine. Bummer. Next week we are going to go on Tuesday mornings b/c Tuesday are always too busy to get on a machine. Also got 4.5 bottles of water in today. That's a record! I was feeling pretty bloated at work though. Need to spread it out maybe.

Maybe having a back-up plan for the gym when the machines are full so you can do other things. Like do abs if cardio isn't available? Just a suggestion. Good job on water!!!
