Food:
Breakfast: Low Carb Bagel Snack Bar
Snack: none
Lunch: Chips, Salsa, Little Cheese Dip, Bean Burrito, Rice
Snack: 1 Chocolate Kiss (Seriously I heard it helps your cough!)
Dinner: Chicken Noodle Soup (2 Servings)
Snack:

Water: 4 Waters + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: Maybe Lower
Actual: Rest

Comments:
Going to work today, at least for a while. Still don't feel great!

Most likely will stay home tomorrow. Feeling worse this afternoon. Had a bad lunch, but just wanted something to make me feel better. Not that it worked, but it tasted good (what I could taste).

Will be glad when I can get back to working out. This cold has just wiped me out.
