I'm having a really good morning. I thought I'd weigh myself again since I knew my weight would be off on Sunday b/c of the carb-filled Saturday. The scale read 146.5! That's a total of 3.5 lbs lost. Wow! That really makes me feel like working out is doing something. I also wanted to get a good reading before I headed down to Florida, too. My actual next weigh in won't be until Monday since my flight doesn't get in on Sunday until the evening.
I'm sad I didn't get cardion in last night. By going to Florida I will miss one entire body workout (lower, upper, cardio), but I do plan on getting exercise in while I'm down there, just not a "gym" workout.
Also Eric & I are going to organize a softball team for this summer. I'm super excited about that, too. I've been wanting to play for the last 3 years again and just haven't found a team, so this year I talked Eric into having our own team. Why not? Practice will probably start in April and games in May. Woohoo!
