Lunch: EFL Sloppy Joe on Wheat Bun, Salad w/ FF Ranch
Snack: Cottage Cheese & Kiwi
Dinner: DPs - 8 Chips & Salsa, Fire Beans & 2 Tortillas, Low Carb Chicken Fajita (chicken strips on bed of asparagus, squash, zucchini, mushrooms), little sour & guac
Snack: none
Water: 4 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin

I did pass on the chocolate cupcakes for the birthday party at work today though. :D
Not too bad on dinner. What can I say?
