Food:
Breakfast: McD's - 1/2 Sausage Biscuit & 1 Hash Brown
Snack: none
Lunch: none
Snack: Handful of Cashews
Dinner: Pork Tenderloin, Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Green Beans, Salad w/ Ranch and Fixins
Snack: Fresh Strawberries

Water: 4 Waters, 1/4 Sml. Coke, 3/4 Grande Mocha + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: Travel Day
Actual: Walking at Airport between gates

Comments:
Not too bad of a day. Bad breakfast and should have passed on the mocha and coke, but really needed some caffeine to get me through the day.
