Dinner: Ham on Wheat Breat, 3 Slices of Tomato, LF Cottage Cheese
Snack: Fresh Strawberries
Water: 4 Waters, 1 OJ, 1 Hot Chocolate + Vitamin

Comments:
Spent a lot of the day in the car driving and it was too cool in the evening to drag my grandparents out for a walk.
