Breakfast: McD's - 1/2 Sausage w/ Cheese, Hashbrown
Snack: Strawberry Smoothie w/ Non-fat Dairy & 1 Booster, Few Pretzels
Lunch: McD's - 2 Hamburgers, Some French Fries
Snack: 3 Slices Colby Cheese & 1 Ritz Cracker
Dinner: 1 Serving Popcorn
Water: 3 Waters, 1 Sml. Coke, 1/2 Berry Green Tea & 1 Milk + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Walk
Actual: Felt like 3 miles around the airport in Chicago. Definitely 1 mile
Comments:
Not a good day, but felt horrible and spent the majority of the day at the airport or in the air.
