Lunch: Chili and 4 Saltines

Dinner: Wendy's - 3/4 Spicy Chicken w/ Tomato and Mayo, Few Fries
Water: 2.5 Waters, Few Sips of Root Beef, 1 Milk + Vitamin

Planned: Lower Body
Actual: None, too exhausted. Switch Day-Off w/ Wednesday
Comments:
Still feel bad today. Power went off from 5:30-7:15 so I did get to sleep in a little bit. (Thank goodness) Late to work so I just grabbed a starbucks on the way. Passed up an offer to go out for lunch though.
Feeling totally awesome today after weighing myself. I can't believe I didn't gain ANYTHING over vacation. I had weighed myself right befoe and was at 146.5, so essentially I lost a 1/2 pound over vacation. And really I didn't eat too bad except for yesterday, which was the worst.
I hope to get up at 5 tomorrow morning and get cardio in before work since it's so crowded after work. Still going to do upper after work though.
I guess being sick has a little advantage as I don't have an appetite, but a disadvantage is that I don't have the motivation or energy to work out tonight. I will go and do the best I can, but probably go straight to bed after I get home. Blah.
