Snack: 4 Saltines
Lunch: EFL Sloppy Joe on Wheat Bun & Applesauce
Snack: none
Dinner: Subway - 6" Chicken Breast on Wheat w/ Lettuce, Tomato, Blk. Olives, Yellow Peppers and Jalapenos
Snack: Maybe 6 cashews
Water: 2.5 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Lower Body
Actual: Lower Body (except calf raises and 1 set of lunges)
Comments:
Feel a bit better today. Real medicine head though. Will make myself go to the gym tonight. I have to get back to my regular schedule. It's a must. Gotta keep losing weight and feeling good about myself.
It's going to be a rough night. I am already craving sweets. Yikes. We have to have Subway for dinner and get a workout in by 7:00 b/c today is Fat Tuesday and Eric has to be out by 7:30 for promotions. I hope to come home from working out and relax on the couch w/ a bottle of water. Doesn't that sound much more enticing than eating ice cream and chewy sweet tarts? Yeah right! I hope I have will power tonight!
Feeling a little worse, but just realized I forgot to take my midday daytime med. I wonder if it has caffeine in it or something. Thought I might even take a nap at lunch, but felt a little better after eating.
NO CHEESE OR MAYO ON SUBWAY and it still tasted good. :)
Made it to the gym, but felt like everytime I increased weight I was ripping my throat out.

Yes drill sargent. No cheese or mayo on my subway sandwich either.
Resist the sweets, don't use me as an example. Maybe get a diet sprite or sugar free lemonade to drink to get a little sweet taste without the calories or sugar.
I'm so proud I could cry.
