Breakfast: Low Carb Bagel Snack Bar
Snack: 2 Saltines
Lunch: Chips, Salsa, Cheese Dip (too many), Bean Burrito w/ Little Sour Cream, Rice
Snack: none
Dinner: 1/2 Piece Tiramisu
Snack: 1/4 Cup Almonds
Water: 3 Waters, Hot Cinnamon Tea + Vitamin

My Thoughts:
I think my PMS hit this week instead of the week before like in the past. Ugh! I also think I'm getting addicted to hot tea again. You notice I've had a few recently. The good thing is that it's still not caffeinated and I don't use anything besides water and a tea bag. No sugar. Definitely limiting myself to 1 per day, but hoping more like every other day.
Had a great workout with lower. Changed up my weights a bit and found I can do more weight on some things. Or maybe it was b/c I only had sugar & carbs for dinner. hee hee Still a good workout though. I traded dinner for dessert.
