Food:
Breakfast: 1/2 Plain Bagel w/ CC
Snack: Few Bites of Cottage Cheese
Lunch: General Tso's Chicken, Fried Rice and 2 Little Crab Ragoons (Ate 3/4 Lunch Size)
Snack: none
Dinner: 3 Crunchy Taco Supremes
Snack: none

Water: 2 Waters, 1 Cinnamon Hot Tea, 1 Milk + Vitamin

Actual: None

My Thoughts:
Have a good lunch planned for today. Plan on getting Subway for dinner since we have to go to the hospital again. This week's dinners have been SO screwed up. Ugh. So far I've only gain 1/2 pound back. It's probably b/c we've still been working out and have got cardio in every day except Wednesday which is our normal day off. Still feeling pretty good about myself though. Obviously there is still lots of room for improvement, but I'll get there.

Didn't make it to the gym b/c we stayed at the hospital too long visiting Kisha. Will make it up on Sunday.
