Food:
Breakfast: 2 Slices Cinnamon Raisen Bread w/ ICBIN Butter
Snack: Cottage Cheese
Lunch: Homemade Chicken Salad on Wheat Bun
Snack: 1/4 Cup Almonds
Dinner: Homemade Taco Salad - 2 Shells Crunched, Beef w/ Seasoning, Lettuce, Cheese, Little Lite Sour Cream, Salsa
Snack: none

Water: 4 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: Lower, Cardio & Abs
Actual: Lower, 20 Min. on Treadmill, Abs on Machine

My Thoughts:
My arms are sore today, which makes me think I did good yesterday. Yay! Passed up the offer to get Chinese for lunch again today...

Need to figure out what I'm going to do for lunch the rest of the week. Don't have it planned. If all else fails I make more chicken salad I suppose. Do have evening meals planned out though. That's a good thing.

Increased some of my weights tonight. Had a good workout. It's rough doing lower and cardio in the same evening.
