Lunch: BW3s - About 1/2 Chicken Tender Salad (Hot) w/ FF Ranch

Dinner: Bean Burrito w/ Little Lite Sour Cream

Water: 4 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin

Planned: Lower, Upper, Abs, & Maybe Cardio
Actual: Lower, Upper, Abs & Horizontal Cardio :)
My Thoughts:
Have a rough night planned for working out. Ugh! Not doing good on the gym this week. Won't be able to work out Friday & possibly Saturday either b/c of my surgery on Friday. Darn!
Ended up having a pretty good night working out. Forgot to do the extra Bicep Curl and one set on Shoulder Press, but really a good night.
