Food:
Breakfast: 2 Slices Turkey Bacon on 1 Slice Multigrain Bread
Snack: none
Lunch: Subway - 6" Chicken Breast on Wheat, American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Black Olives, Sweet Peppers
Snack: none
Dinner: Homemade Taco Salad w/ Little Sour Cream
Snack: 2 Peanut Butter Girl Scout Cookies

Water: 3 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: Upper & Cardio
Actual: Upper & Walk w/ Doggies, Also washed all my windows in the house (inside & out)

My Thoughts:
Not sure how, but the scale said 142 this morning, so I somehow lost 2 pounds this week. Whatever the reason I am happy about it to say the least. I'm getting closer. At least I know somethings working. I also notice recently that my stomach hasn't bothered me as much since I began eating better. In the past my stomach would just cramp up after I ate about anything. It seems to be more "settled" now. Interesting. That is a bonus in itself! Granted the pizza on Friday night didn't do much for it, but overall it's been much better! Maybe I'll hit 140 next Sunday. It is reachable!

Planned out our menu for the week. Should be a pretty good week. Went grocery shopping so we have all the groceries for those meals. Need to make some chicken & rice casserole for another meal or so this week. Will probably do that this evening, too. Plan on eating out on Wednesday at La Scala. Will try to get something good there. It is Italian though. Then will eat out Saturday while in Chicago getting my new look. That should be it besides our normal Thursday lunch. Oh and I'll have a slice of angel food cake that my co-worker is supposed to be bringing for my birthday.
