Snack: 2 Saltines
Lunch: EFL Sloppy Joe on Wheat Bun, Green Beans, 1 Snickerdoodle
Snack: none
Dinner: Popcorn Chicken Salad w/ FF Ranch & some Cheese
Snack: none
Water: 3 Waters, 1 Hot Cinnamon Tea, 1 Milk + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Lower & Cardio
Actual: Lower & 20 Min. Treadmill
My Thoughts:
Have another goal to get 4 waters in every day this week including the weekend. Feeling crampy today. Not sure if I'll eat breakfast or not. Brought a banana to work in case. Will probably eat it as an early morning snack. Also brought 2 snickerdoodles made w/ splenda in case I need a sugar fix from AF. My MIL made and brought them to us this weekend. Haven't tried one yet.
My cramps hit really hard late morning so I downed 2 more tylenol and had some hot tea. One of the two (or maybe both) worked and I'm feeling much better. Yay!
Darn, only got 3 waters in today.
