Lunch: HM Chicken Salad on Wheat Bun, Salad w/ FF Catalina
Snack: 1/4 c. Almonds
Dinner: Mexican - Chips, Salsa, Little Cheese Dip, Bean Burrito w/ Little Sour, Rice
Snack: none
Water: 3.5 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin

Planned: Upper & Cardio
Actual: Upper & 10 Min. Treadmill
My Thoughts:
Still pretty stressed over yesterday (read other blog). Needed a pick-me-up this morning. Did get non-fat though.
Looks like my eating this week is going to be compromised. Tonight we are going to the hospital, so we'll have to pick up something. Tomorrow is my birthday of course and the people at my office want to take me to lunch, then Eric is taking me out to dinner. Thursday we have our normal lunch together. Who knows what else will happen between now and then?!
I truly did not eat much cheese dip. Probably ate more chips than I should, but what's new? My head was not in the working out gear tonight, but I got through it and even did 10 min on the treadmill, but truth be known it was only b/c Eric wasn't done yet so I did the treadmill while he was finishing up.
